Event & Conference Organisers Ltd (ECO) is a Kenyan owned, Nairobi based company offering quality conference, exhibition and event organisation.
ECO was formed in 1991, led by Charles Campbell Clause and assisted by a team of dedicated professionals. We are members of the Association of Exhibition Organisers of England & Wales (AEO).
Our Core Business
Since its inception ECO's core business has been organising international Trade Exhibitions and Conferences. Included in the portfolio of our own branded trade expos are HORTEC, Telcoms EA, Hospitality, PrintPax, and, in addition, we have built and managed solo trade events for Great Britain, India, Pakistan, Mauritius, France and China and many more.
Stand Systems
We have our own exhibtition stand system for building exhibition booths, Octonorm style R8 consisting of whire epoxy-coated aluminium framework with white partition walls and fascia board.
Care for every detail
Our role in conference organisation is to take care of every detail, to make the conference develop, grow and succeed with dynamic thinking, intricate planning and professional teamwork. We take care of every detail, from venue to programme design, transport, accommodation, pre and post conference safaris, entertainment, social events and activities. Recently, we managed the ICASA conference and exhibition in Nairobi for the Government of Kenya.
