Our comprehensive conference & event services include:

Exhibition stand systems
We have an extensive stock of clean and well maintained Octonorm type stand shell scheme for building exhibition booths. Including tables, chairs, shelves, counters, display furniture and fridges, TVs, plasma screens etc can all be made available.

We will deliver to site, build, maintain and remove all for an agreed fee based on the overall package and amount of space required.


Planning
Budgets, venue and destination selection, critical paths and business processes, plus the all-important timing!


Publicity
Conference promotional material, brochures, 'teasers', registration forms and invitations. Audiovisual presentations, Web page design, banners, signage, delegate kits, conference gifts.


Travel
Logistics planning, accommodation, conference venues, airline arrangements, transfers, delegate and partner tours, pre and post-conference accommodation.
